Please provide insight into the inception of Simply Automate.
Early on in my career, I realized that while there was no shortage of RPA software vendors on the market, companies that implemented the solutions weren’t educated about the technology. This very situation manifested as an opportunity for me to establish Simply Automate to fill this gap in the market.
By closely working with RPA vendors, learning how they operate and understanding their capabilities, I figured out how they can help clients now and in the future and create an impact. Today, we are a leader within the B2B and B2C market, catering to organizations of all sizes. We work with different automation technology platforms and partner with expert RPA vendors who can handle any process that could possibly be automated. Our development team has built a system to be able to service clients and equip them with the resources to automate their workflows efficiently.
Could you shed light on the wide-ranging RPA services you offer?
We serve clients depending on where they are in their RPA journey. Large enterprises that have already implemented RPA solutions often struggle to automate processes in an optimized way and fail to recognize that there is much more that can be automated. Although rich in technical knowledge, they do not have the bandwidth to carry out RPA implementations faster. We help them develop and implement RPA solutions more effectively while providing them with reliable support services to be self-sufficient down the line.
We identify a manual process to be automated and create a workflow to compare the process with its automated counterpart, enabling clients to measure ROIs before going into development. Our team then develops an RPA system marked by unsurpassed quality and performance standards. As we work with five RPA vendors, we are familiar with the price models and meet our clients’ needs cost-effectively.
We offer our RPA services through a subscription-based SaaS model, where clients pay per process. Considering the process size, we offer a multi-subscription option that includes everything from design, development, deployment, and monitoring to support and maintenance of the bot.
One of our clients, a large grocery store, found it daunting to manage thousands of invoices every day. The client had delegated four full-time and one part-time professional to manually manage, process, and keep track of the invoices, which was a laborious task vulnerable to errors. We stepped in, analyzed their requirements, and defined a strategy to automate the process. We developed a tailor-made RPA process within a 30-day period. After six months, the client was able to relieve invoice management staff by automating the process with a bot and promote those professionals to management or executive positions. Our solution turned out to be a game-changer for them, and their ROI was over a thousand percent.
